Jail History and Structure

In 1990, a criminal justice center was constructed in downtown Noblesville. The justice center houses the Hamilton County county sheriff, Noblesville police department offices, and the Hamilton County Jail. The Hamilton County county sheriff is the general overseer of the Hamilton County Jail. Originally, the Hamilton County Jail could house approximately 2372 inmates.
