Jail History and Structure

In 1988, a criminal justice center was constructed in downtown Linn. The justice center houses the Osage County county sheriff, Linn police department offices, and the Osage County Jail. The Osage County county sheriff is the general overseer of the Osage County Jail. Originally, the Osage County Jail could house approximately 2492 inmates.

Over the years, the Osage County Jail has undergone numerous modifications and eventually became one of the largest facilities in the Osage County county.

Juvenile Detention Center
