Jail History and Structure

In 1976, a criminal justice center was constructed in downtown Napoleon. The justice center houses the Henry County county sheriff, Napoleon police department offices, and the Henry County Jail. The Henry County county sheriff is the general overseer of the Henry County Jail. Originally, the Henry County Jail could house approximately 1421 inmates.
