Jail History and Structure

In 1990, a criminal justice center was constructed in downtown Webster Springs. The justice center houses the Webster County county sheriff, Webster Springs police department offices, and the Webster County Jail. The Webster County county sheriff is the general overseer of the Webster County Jail. Originally, the Webster County Jail could house approximately 1835 inmates.
